Prof. Ebere Onwudiwe, Chair

Ebere Onwudiwe, an economist and political scientist is chairman of O-Analytics. He has served as a governance consultant with the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where he was a co-writer of the 2007 African Governance Report published by the Oxford University Press. He is distinguished Africanist and a student of development politics and economics with a wide range of access in the policy making community in Nigeria.

Mr. Frank Dike, Member

Frank has over 20 years in the financial services industry. He is an expert in operational risk, control, and governance. He is skilled at identifying unique opportunities. He holds Masters Degrees in management and financial economics from Boston University and Harvard University. He sits on the Non-Profit Board of the Center for Heath & Learning (CHL).

Mr. Illya Gashinbaki, Member

Mr. Gashinbaki sits on the board of several companies and has vast experience in Management Consulting. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Chartered Tax Practitioner, Certified National Accountant, Follow Society for Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention, and Follow Chartered Institute of Human Capital Development. He has served in the Office of the Chief Economic Adviser to the President of Nigeria, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), African Petroleum PLC and the Nigeria Governors’ Forum.

Barr. Ayo Obe, Member

Ayo Obe (nee Ogunsola) is a legal practitioner and a partner in the Lagos-based law firm, Ogunsola Shonibare. From April 2006 to March 2009 she also headed the Elections Program of the National Democratic Institute's Nigeria office in Abuja. She is a trustee of the Brussels-based International Crisis Group and a member of the international advisory group of the Managing Global Insecurity project of the Brookings Institution, and New York and Stanford Universities.

Prof. Pat Utomi, Member

Patrick Utomi is a Nigerian professor of political economy. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria and a former presidential candidate, with a passion for the dignity of the human person. He founded the Centre for Value in Leadership (CVL) and the African Democratic Congress party. A former adviser to the President of Nigeria, he has served as CEO of Volkswagen of Nigeria and is currently a professor at the Lagos Business School.
